Return and Refund Policy

Founders Series equipment is hand-built in New Mexico. Field Wear apparel is made to order. Every Boreline product is inspected before shipment. 

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of Founders Series equipment and made-to-order Field Wear apparel, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been used, modified, or purchased in error. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@borelineusa.com.

Please include photographs of the damaged product, packaging and shipping label. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
